These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Hardrock Cyber website (the "site"), operated by Hardrock Management Services Pty Ltd, trading as Hardrock Cyber. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover use of the website only; any consulting work we carry out for you is governed by a separate engagement agreement.

You may use this site for lawful purposes — to learn about our services, use our self-assessment tools, and get in touch. You agree not to misuse the site, including by:

The information and self-assessment tools on this site (including any cyber confidence or readiness check) are provided for general guidance only. They give an indicative view — not a formal assessment — and are not a substitute for tailored professional advice or a structured engagement.
